Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Project Manager to lead a strategic, multifaceted project from planning to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a complex project, ensuring successful execution and delivery of all objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and delegate actions while maintaining close collaboration with management and team members.
• Secure compliance with requirements, specifications, quality standards, budget, timelines, risk management, and communication expectations.
• Establish proper project governance, define scope, and provide clear reporting and communication to management and relevant forums.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategies and goals.
• Apply and ensure adherence to established project management frameworks and best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the financial sector, including project leadership, auditing of financials or complex systems, or consultancy.
• Proven track record of working in global, regulated environments and collaborating with diverse, international teams.
• Experience in complex decision-making, risk assessment, and managing technical systems within large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Background in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders such as steering committees, senior management, external clients, industry groups, and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to provide thought leadership and implement improvements to existing processes and practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and inspire culturally diverse teams.
• Formal Project Management certification.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
