Location: Istanbul, Turkey (Preferably European Side)
Work Mode: 6 days/week | Hybrid or Onsite (Bakırköy – Yalı Ataköy)
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute user acquisition & retention strategies for iOS & Android
- Optimize App Store & Google Play listings (ASO)
- Monitor and improve performance across all stages of the growth funnel (acquisition, activation, retention)
- Track and report on key growth KPIs: CAC, LTV, ARPU, Retention, Download Numbers
- Support influencer campaigns and paid media strategies
- Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior with AppsFlyer, Firebase, and other analytics tools
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies
What We're Looking For
- Graduate from one of Turkey’s top 5 universities (Boğaziçi, ODTÜ, İTÜ, Koç, Sabancı, or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in mobile app growth or user acquisition
- Hands-on knowledge of ASO, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset, confident with dashboards and metrics
- Experience in startups or fast-paced tech environments (a strong plus)
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Highly proactive, fast learner with a strong sense of ownership
