We Are Hiring a Android Developer!


At Byteria, we are looking for a Android Developer to join our innovative team and contribute to exciting projects. We are developing SDKs that will help with the security processes of mobile applications and we are looking for excited friends who want to partner in the development of these projects with us. If you are passionate about mobile technologies and have strong technical skills, we want to hear from you!


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application development using Java or Kotlin,
  • Strong proficiency in C++ is required, including:
  • Build Systems – CMake, linking third-party libraries (e.g., OpenSSL),
  • Ability to compile and integrate third-party C/C++ libraries,
  • Multithreading – std::thread, std::mutex, avoiding deadlocks,
  • Android Basics – Gradle + CMake, ABI differences,


  • Experience with NDK development and familiarity with JNI ecosystem is required.
  • Strong proficiency in understanding and building SDK architectures is required.
  • Native-level proficiency in Turkish and strong English reading and comprehension skills are required.
  • Solid understanding of the Android ecosystem and mobile app development processes,
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs development and integration,
  • Experience in cyber security / mobile application security is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues,
  • Ability to design and implement security features, such as encryption, user authentication, and backend service authorization,
  • Expertise in testing and debugging mobile applications to ensure high-quality performance,
  • Ability to identify and plan for new features and enhancements,
  • Experience in developing application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality,
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues,
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently,
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting others,
  • Strong understanding of a recognized Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.


Nice to Have:

- Experience with ARM64 assembly,

- Familiarity with reverse engineering or mobile application security internals,

- Knowledge of low-level debugging tools and performance optimization.
