Product Manager – KYC / Client Lifecycle Management

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), and system integration to join a leading global investment bank in their Kraków hub.

You will play a key role in driving regulatory compliance initiatives and technology transformation projects, ensuring smooth client onboarding, lifecycle management, and integration across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for KYC/CLM initiatives.
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Drive client onboarding, due diligence, and remediation projects.
• Manage system integration projects, including APIs and data workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, operations, and technology.
• Deliver projects in Agile environments, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of client lifecycle platforms (e.g., Appway, Fenergo, Pega CLM).

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager / Project Manager in financial services.
• Strong background in KYC, AML, and Client Lifecycle Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with client onboarding platforms (Appway, Fenergo, Pega CLM, or similar).
• Exposure to system integration projects (APIs, data migrations, workflow automation).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, FATCA, GDPR, AMLD5/6).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
