Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you’ll help define and deliver the next generation of Pega Cloud 3 storage and infrastructure portfolio. As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core infrastructure capabilities- focusing on storage, scalability, data transfer, and resilience across multi-cloud environments. You’ll work at the intersection of product and engineering, leveraging your technical expertise to shape the future of Pega’s cloud-native product built on Kubernetes and deployed across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
What You'll Do At Pega
- Define and own the product vision for storage, infrastructure, and data transfer services within Pega Cloud 3.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Drive innovation in cloud-native storage solutions.
- Lead initiatives to optimize Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in cloud infrastructure and SaaS delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product, engineering, and customer success.
- Define and monitor key product metrics.
- Evangelize infrastructure capabilities internally and externally, including documentation, release notes, and enablement materials.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and product passion.
- A technical leader with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, storage technologies and microservices architecture.
- Passionate about building products that solve complex problems with elegant solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Curious, collaborative, and customer-focused.
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experienced in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Familiar with SaaS delivery models and multi-cloud architecture.
- Proven ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical leadership or product/project management experience.
- Experience with cloud-native storage solutions (e.g., S3, GCP Cloud Storage, Azure Blob).
- Proven success in launching and scaling cloud infrastructure products.
- Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and managing services
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM (as a Product Owner)
- Experience in managing remote senior stakeholders
- Ability to effectively describe and demonstrate product functionality to internal and external stakeholders & clients
