We are looking for a Product Manager at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker and self-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities, demonstrating consistent delivery against deadlines
• 4–6 years of experience in product management and business development
• Proven stakeholder management, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills, with a track record of driving consensus on product strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• General knowledge of fintech models and APIs

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the company’s product vision and strategy
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight analysis to identify new opportunities and potential challenges
• Partner closely with development, design, and other teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
• Create, track, and manage tasks using Jira or other project management tools
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer value, and technical feasibility
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather feedback to inform continuous improvements and strategy optimization
• Manage end-to-end third-party relationships, from onboarding through to service implementation
• Prepare strategic updates and presentations for C-level stakeholders
