Responsibilities:

• Establishing strategy and development pipelines;
• Creating HLD, creating development plan of game functionality
• Identifying game bottlenecks;
• Ensuring products conform to high industry standards;
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, PO to identify short-term and long-term tasks;
• Review implementations for matching to coding guidelines & architecture;
• Mentoring and growing developers professional skills;
• Provide estimations
• Technical consultation (how to implement better, faster, etc)
• Driving tech/pipeline improvements
• Support CI/CD pipeline
• Creating guidelines/manuals;
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years developing in Unity
• 4+ years of excellent c# 7.0+ /.net 4.6+
• 3+ years experience in managing people and leading a team
• 4+ years in mobile game development
• iOS and Android development experience
• Experience with asynchronous programming methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
