Role Description:
The OTC Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding CoinTR’s OTC (Over-the-Counter) services, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth in this high-potential area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the OTC trading business and increase customer acquisition.
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners.
- Identify and analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, risk management, trading, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency for clients.
- Represent CoinTR at industry events and conferences to enhance the company’s visibility in the market.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in OTC trading, business development, or a related role in the cryptocurrency, finance, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading mechanisms, and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
