Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst with deep expertise in event tracking (digital analytics) and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making for our clients. This is a remote role based in Poland, with frequent travel across the European Union and Turkey. The ideal candidate will have 3~5+ years of experience in data analysis, a strong technical foundation, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Fluent English is essential for client communication and cross-border collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize event tracking plans for web and mobile applications to capture key user behaviors and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define KPIs, tracking requirements, and data collection strategies.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to monitor performance and visualize trends.
  • Conduct metric audits and funnel analysis, and interpret A/B test results to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating tracking implementations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a client-facing analyst, supporting tracking strategy discussions, answering data-related questions, and guiding clients through analytics best practices.
  • Lead dashboard setup, metric structuring, and issue resolution for client-facing projects.


Qualifications

  • 3~5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with event tracking and instrumentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or custom SDKs).
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis (e.g., regression, clustering) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines (ETL, Airflow) and cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining data insights to clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent English is required.


Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of statistical experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference).
  • Experience in gaming, ad-tech, or digital media analytics.
