The Opportunity

We’re expanding our Mobile Development team and looking for both Intermediate and Senior React Native Developers to join us in Abu Dhabi. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment, developing intuitive, cross-platform mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences for financial services.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Depending on your level of experience, you will:

• Develop & maintain React Native apps for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly, engaging interfaces.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable fintech apps.
• Apply user feedback to improve mobile products.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in reviews.
• (Senior) Lead design and development vision, establish standards, and align mobile strategy with business goals.
• (Senior) Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering team growth.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Intermediate Level:

• 2+ years’ experience in mobile development (React Native preferred).
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, mobile UI/UX, Git.

Senior Level:

• 5+ years’ experience, proven expertise in React Native.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Exposure to fintech applications or mobile security is an advantage.

Nice-to-have: Swift/Kotlin/Flutter, backend basics (Node.js, Django), app store deployment.
