Intellectual Labs is an AI-First Venture Studio dedicated to building and co-founding technology companies where AI is at the core of the product. We move fast, think boldly, and execute with discipline — and we’re looking for a Senior Engineer to take ownership of operations and infrastructure across our growing portfolio of startups.

This high-impact role is ideal for someone who excel in fast-paced settings and want to be integral to building and scaling AI-first products from scratch. Unlike a single startup, here you’ll operate across a portfolio of innovative companies — building infra once, then scaling it across several new products at speed.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Cloud infrastructure & operations for our startups — primarily Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker Compose–based systems.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, currently in Azure DevOps but up for change.
• Monitoring, logging, alerting, and general system reliability.
• Scaling and maintaining secure, robust environments across staging and production.
• Working closely with product teams and founders to build and ship features quickly and safely.
• Coaching developers on DevOps best practices, and contributing to internal tooling and platform improvements.

What You'll Bring ?

• Proven senior-level experience in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration./ Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools./ Cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, but AWS/GCP also relevant).
• Strong software engineering background — ideally with full-stack or backend experience.
• Solid understanding of authentication systems, web application architecture, and secure development practices.
• A product mindset — you care about the "why" behind what you build.
• Experience working in startups or venture studios (a strong plus).
• Bonus : experience role in building or co-founding a company.
