About Summ
Summ is not just an accounting and advisory firm – we are partners in building trust and growth. Our mission is to simplify complexity for our clients, whether it’s numbers, compliance, or strategy. Now, we are expanding into a new and essential area: cyber security for SMEs.
The role
We are looking for a Cyber Security Consultant to join our new business line, Summ Secure. You will be the go-to expert for our clients when it comes to protecting their data, systems, and reputation. Working closely with our finance and advisory teams, you will bridge the gap between IT security and business needs.
Your responsibilities
• Conduct baseline security assessments for small and medium-sized companies
• Advise clients on practical measures (2FA, password policies, backups, GDPR alignment)
• Deliver awareness training and phishing simulations for employees
• Prepare clear, business-oriented reports for management
• Collaborate with our teams in Denmark, Dubai, and India to scale Summ Secure
• Stay updated on cyber security trends, threats, and compliance requirements (GDPR, NIS2 etc.)
Your profile
• Experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security (consulting with SMEs is a plus)
• Ability to conduct vulnerability assessments and identify key risks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills – you can explain technical risks in simple, clear language
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or similar is a plus (not required)
• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are a plus, but not required – practical experience and the ability to advise SMEs clearly matter more to us
What we offer
• The chance to build and shape a new service line in a fast-growing advisory firm
• An international working environment (Denmark, Dubai, India)
• Flexibility: work remotely, on-site, or hybrid from our Dubai office
• Competitive salary and growth opportunities
• A culture of trust, openness, and partnership
