About the Program

Join our AlphaPlus Management Trainee Program in Dubai — a fast-track career acceleration program designed for ambitious talents eager to shape the future of Web3 and global exchanges. Through structured rotations, hands-on experience, and close mentorship, you’ll gain a 360° understanding of exchange operations and develop into a future leader in 2–3 years.

What You’ll Do

• Drive community growth and engagement in regional markets.
• Support business development (BD) to expand partnerships and user acquisition.
• Manage user operations and channel strategies to optimize retention.
• Conduct data analysis to measure growth and improve performance.
• Collaborate across departments to execute regional strategies with precision.

Rotation Plan (First 6 Months)

• 0–3 Months: Community Operations (frontline engagement with users, platform exposure).
• 3–6 Months: Rotation across BD, user operations, channel operations, and data analysis.
• Evaluation at month 3 to assess strengths, growth areas, and align future rotations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• English proficiency as a working language; multilingual skills (2+ languages) strongly preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and adaptability.
• Resilience under pressure and a proactive, fast-learning mindset.
