Location: Norway (Hybrid Working)

Salary: 1.2 million NOK – 1.5 million NOK per annum

We are looking for a driven Project Leader with a strong history of business development to drive expansion and growth across the Nordic region and take ownership of developing relationships with high-impact mission critical clients in Norway.

The Role

As Project Leader, you will be responsible for forming our Norwegian footprint, and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, and budget. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to execution and handover
• Business development – assisting company growth across Norway
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial, and operational specialists
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Leader, or Business Development Manager on mission critical projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work flexibly across Norway with occasional travel as required
