As an Associate Project Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of energy infrastructure projects across various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to company standards and customer expectations.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Support project financials including cost tracking, invoicing, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy’s policies, safety standards, and best practices.
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve issues as they arise.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project, SAP, Power BI).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
