This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer in Canada / United States.

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation. You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure that product solutions meet both user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate has experience designing complex workflows for enterprise-level applications such as CRMs or ERPs, a strong portfolio showcasing strategic and visual design skills, and a passion for delivering impactful user experiences. This position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy while collaborating in a fully remote, high-performing team environment.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to understand user needs and pain points and translate insights into actionable design solutions
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define new features, contribute to the product roadmap, and ensure design is integrated from concept to launch
  • Own the full design lifecycle, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs validated with real users
  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across product touchpoints
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure seamless implementation of product features
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to iterate on existing designs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Prioritize the Product Backlog and guide development teams to deliver value for both customers and business objectives while ensuring a delightful user experience


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, visual design proficiency, and end-to-end design process
  • Proven experience designing features and workflows for enterprise-level B2B applications, such as CRMs, ERPs, or similar platforms
  • Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Figma
  • Strong ability to leverage product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) for data-driven design decisions
  • Experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, connecting user needs with business objectives to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to user experience excellence
  • Bonus: familiarity with the nonprofit space, startup/high-growth environments, or agile methodologies

  • Competitive salary: Canada: $80,000-$95,000 USD; US: $90,000-$110,000 USD, depending on experience and location
