- Analyze organizational data and workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and process improvements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain AI models and algorithms to support programs, operations, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with staff, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand needs and integrate AI tools effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate AI system performance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ethical compliance.
- Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate AI insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with AI technologies, trends, and best practices to apply innovative solutions within the organization.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on AI applications, data interpretation, and system use.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and ethical standards in the use of AI and data analytics.
