Specialist, Business Operation - Early Career

• As a Campus Hire in one of our Business Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational processes across the organization.
• This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment
  

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
• Support daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and generate reports
• Participate in project management activities, including tracking progress and deadlines
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Help with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and proposing solutions to operational challenges
  

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
