Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations of the HR functions
- Oversee proper maintenance of employee personnel records in the HR system
- Assist in administering employees' benefit programs including but not limited to designing, developing, and execution of programs
- Support office management; liaise with facility management vendors
- Coordinate and manage office equipment and asset
- Facilitate on- and off-boarding process
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR Policies and processes to ensure compliance with global and local statutory requirements
- Organize employee engagement activities such as corporate retreat and company gathering
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Degree in Business or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Expert in local employment regulations
- Proficiency in global employment regulation is plus
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness
- Versatile and has a strong perseverance mindset
