Role Overview
As an Institutional Business Intern, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at developing and managing partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners. This role offers exposure to fast-moving industry trends and hands-on experience across business development, market analysis, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Partner Development
- Support relationship-building with financial institutions, fintech companies, and other ecosystem stakeholders
- Assist in identifying collaboration opportunities based on business needs and market maturity
- Help prepare partnership materials and engagement proposals
Business and Market Analysis
- Conduct industry research and evaluate institutional partner models and opportunities
- Develop reports and insights to guide internal strategic planning
- Monitor developments in digital finance and institutional blockchain applications
Cross-Functional Project Support
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Legal, Risk, and Data
- Participate in project discussions and help track progress to execution
- Ensure alignment across business and functional stakeholders
What You Have
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel; basic familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in consulting, financial services, or business strategy
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Interest in digital assets, fintech, or institutional finance
