Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in data migration projects, evaluate whether the data analysis is appropriate for the client, and provide appropriate advice. You will also provide advice on how to correctly understand the necessary data and how to utilize it, building dashboards, and provide a UI where the client can view easy-to-read data.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take over and transition data profiling activities from another vendor.
• Conduct and refine data discovery and profiling processes.
• Review, update, and maintain data mapping, standardization, and transformation rules.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve critical data issues.
• Maintain checklist versions and mapping documentation.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare test cases for mock migrations and dress rehearsals.
• Support data reconciliation and validation post data load.
• Design and develop dashboards to track the health of the data migration project.
• Provide expert advice on understanding and utilizing critical data.
• Build UI-based dashboards to ensure data is easily interpretable by stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Data Analyst and Business Requirement gathering and definition.
• Min. 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
• Strong documentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Good understanding of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
