The core thesis here is that demographic-focused digital clinics can leverage a shared technology and services platform to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for patients seeking care for a wide variety of conditions.ORA has built 3 brands across 3 markets in less than 2 years and we’re ready to accelerate our growth. What has traditionally been a continuous improvement stream instead of BAU now needs to be developed into something more scalable, more sustainable and more structured.Being practically unconstrained in the opportunities we can go after is core to ORA’ nature. While this is a great position to be in when everything is possible, prioritization can become extremely challenging. Time is our most scarce resource and optionality is our biggest distraction.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Junior BI Analyst to take ownership of the activities detailed below.

General:

• Collaborate with stakeholders from different BUs to identify key business questions and data requirements
• Integrate data from different sources to centralized reporting via Extract, transform, and load (ETL) techniques
• Carry out data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency of new and existing reports
• Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity as well as areas of weakness, and come up with recommendations for business improvement
• Assist with relevant performance analysis for periodic business reviews
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute to ongoing data projects

Performance measurements:

• Utilization rate of data dashboards
• Request turnaround time
• Revenue and/or cost impact of insights

Qualifications:

• Completed a Bachelor’s Degree or pursuing one and in their final year of studies
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and advanced Google Sheets functions; other programming languages are a bonus
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau etc.
• Prior experience or internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field is a plus
