We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team and support a variety of the agency’s business applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years PHP application development (CodeIgniter preferred).
- 5+ years with modern UI frameworks and relational databases (Oracle preferred).
- Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, Node.js, React).
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications.
- Proficiency in RESTful API/web service development.
- Strong understanding of OOP, database design/security, and ISDM methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
- Experience building stateless applications.
- Knowledge of environmental regulatory business processes.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
