Full Stack Engineer

Our client is a seed-stage Y Combinator–backed startup that’s reimagining how the internet defends itself against abuse, scams, and fraud. With $3.1M in funding and 15x revenue growth in the past year, they’re building the infrastructure for Trust & Safety teams, making it drastically faster and easier to integrate industry-leading safety tools into any product.

Built by engineers from Apple and Discord’s Trust & Safety teams, this company is unifying policy management, detection, enforcement, observability, and moderator workflows into one cohesive platform — with AI and LLMs at the core.

They’re now looking for 2 Full Stack Engineers to help scale their platform to billions of events and millions of users.

What You’ll Do

• Own and ship product features end-to-end — from design to deployment.
• Build performant, scalable fullstack applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Dive into vector databases, LLMs, and state-of-the-art Trust & Safety tooling.
• Help scale the product to new industries and use cases.
• Contribute to the core infrastructure that supports billions of events daily.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and MySQL (Redux for state management).
• Serious about craftsmanship — opinionated about quality and product experience.
• Comfortable taking full ownership of features from concept to launch.
• Excited to explore data visualization, observability, and LLM-driven features.
• Growth-stage startup or top-tier company/school background preferred.

Nice to Have: Experience with event sourcing, stream processing, Elixir, Rust, or Scala.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130K – $210K + equity
