Role Overview
Scaler is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data & Insights Intern to support our data management and analytics efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to organize and analyze sustainability-related data within our platform—helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and real-world impact for our clients in the real estate sector.

Role Overview
Scaler is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data & Insights Intern to support our data management and analytics efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to organize and analyze sustainability-related data within our platform—helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and real-world impact for our clients in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining large datasets related to sustainability reporting and real estate performance.
- Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scaler’s sustainability platform.
- Support sustainability data collection, workflow optimization, and insights generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and drive process improvements.
- Research real estate sustainability trends and assist in preparing internal reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business,Sustainability, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- We offer a hybrid work policy: 2 days working from home and 3 days in-office each week
