Role - Full Stack Engineer

Location - San Francisco, California, United States

Compensation - $160k - $250k + Competitive Equity

YOE - Seeking a strong engineer (top CS background) with 4+ years’ experience, 2–3 years in Golang(must), backend-heavy focus, cloud/Kubernetes skills, startup grit, and a founder-style, hands-on mentality.

Required Tech Stack - Go(Programming Language), React, Kubernetes, TypeScript

About the Role

As the next Engineering Hire, you’ll be instrumental in scaling the company’s platform and infrastructure. We’re looking for someone with strong backend expertise (Golang – minimum 3 years) and solid full-stack skills who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
• Write code to automate operational tasks, improve resilience, and build internal tools.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance, latency, and availability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on reliability and observability best practices.
• Manage incidents, lead post-mortems, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Golang skills (minimum 3 years, must-have).
• Backend-heavy background (60–70%).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and React.
• Experience at high-growth startups or scaled systems at large tech companies.
• CS degree from a top program (preferred).
• Passion for AI-driven technologies.
• Founder mindset: ownership, adaptability, and no-ego attitude.
