Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the revamp, enhancement, and continuous development of a large-scale digital platform that serves diverse user needs. This role is ideal for a candidate who can combine technical expertise with strong project management skills to deliver innovative solutions that elevate user experience and support business growth.

About the Role:

As the Technology PM, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple digital initiatives. These projects cover a range of consumer services and community-driven features, requiring you to balance platform stability with forward-looking innovation.

You will focus on modernizing existing functions, optimizing usability, and driving enhancements that improve engagement and performance. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology projects across various product areas, from planning to launch.
• Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices to streamline development and enhance team efficiency.
• Oversee testing, rollouts, and platform stability during new releases.
• Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical project management or digital product leadership.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile technologies (front-end, back-end, APIs, cloud solutions).
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with large-scale consumer platforms or online marketplaces is a plus.
