Our client, a leading international technology company specializing in .NET solutions and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, is seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to join their innovative team.
In this pivotal role, the DevOps Lead will spearhead the optimization and management of cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability. Leveraging expertise in Azure or AWS and a deep understanding of DevOps best practices, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing team while fostering seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers.
- Define and drive DevOps strategies and best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and IT, to ensure streamlined workflows.
Cloud Infrastructure:
- Architect, deploy, and manage highly available, fault-tolerant systems in Azure and/or AWS.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Ensure robust monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, or equivalent.
CI/CD Pipelines:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development teams in .NET and other technologies.
- Automate deployment, testing, and configuration management processes.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
- Proactively monitor system performance and implement measures for continuous improvement.
- Resolve infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Experience:
- 7+ years in DevOps, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Solid background in managing .NET applications in cloud environments.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
