We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online growth strategy. This role is responsible for building the brand's digital footprint, driving online traffic and sales, and creating a compelling digital narrative that aligns with ther brand's luxury identity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns and turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Content & Brand: Work with creative teams to produce engaging digital content that reflects the brand's luxury aesthetic and craftsmanship.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on all campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, or manage external agencies, to ensure strategic alignment and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a digital marketing manager, from a luxury, fashion, or consumer goods brand.
- Expertise in a wide range of digital channels and platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for luxury and storytelling.
