Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Trials Manager to help our Trials teams manage support of high-quality products in the smart house security domain. Working with highly qualified professionals in a product-driven company, you'll focus on solving real customer needs.
As a part of our Trials team, you will be responsible for the collection and management of data used for algorithm evaluation and training while covering all the preparation steps required for its successful delivery, gathering the product feedback, organizing it in reports, communicating to stakeholders, suggesting improvement steps, and interacting with various teams across the organization in order to get things done. The ideal candidate is results-oriented with a product mindset, values quality, learns quickly, and works effectively across different time zones.
This position is suitable for people with disabilities and veterans with relevant experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain and monitor project scope, plans, and schedules to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate and manage project changes while balancing requirements, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Proactively assess project risks and issues, providing actionable solutions to minimize delays and improve delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple cross-functional working groups to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Interact with Engineering, Project Management, Data Team, and Product Management teams
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
- Ensure documents are completed, updated, and stored appropriately
- Lead devices verification, customer communication and education efforts, including addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and improving customer satisfaction
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in using AI tools to enhance your day-to-day duties
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Fast-learner & Self-organized
- Good written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Critical thinking and data analysis skills
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Science, Computer Science, Applied System Analysis, or related fields
- Experience in Smart home, IoT, Home automation & security areas or devices with photo/video processing
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Data Analysis
- SQL/Python knowledge
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay focused while dealing with tight deadlines and large volume of information
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and understanding of software development lifecycle
- Understanding of hardware products development process
