Right now, we’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and help turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to analyze trends, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about solving problems through data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate large data sets from multiple sources (product usage, marketing campaigns, financial reports).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, user behavior, and business performance.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support A/B tests, funnel optimization, and growth experiments by analyzing results.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to define data requirements.
  • Develop predictive models and trend analysis to forecast performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics tool (e.g., Python, R, or Excel).
  • Experience with visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and data modeling techniques.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly, both visually and verbally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in web & mobile consumer apps.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, or growth marketing.
  • Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL tools.
