Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Profile Summary:

IGT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner Manager for the Gurgaon location. The individual will be responsible for leading HR operations for the branch, managing all HR activities, and supporting business partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently and track the resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement and enforce the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track the progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs (Key Result Areas) from new employees and during role changes.
  • Coordinate and ensure the completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
  • Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
  • Ensure adherence to Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreement within the business.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed across teams and departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Gurgaon and flexible to work in shifting or rotational schedules within 24/7 work hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center.

Expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, and performance management
