Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a .Net Full Stack Developer located in Australia. The .Net Full Stack Developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development tasks. Daily responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and improving our software solutions using .Net technologies, participating in code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to best practices for code quality and performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We’re not just tweaking around the edges, we’re in the middle of a major digital transformation of the Care Industry and need a Senior Full Stack Developer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and build systems that really matter. 

This is a hands-on development role where you’ll work across a suite of bespoke, business critical applications. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas, problem solving, and technical expertise actually shape outcomes.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will: 

• Build & create – Design, code, and maintain applications with Clean Architecture, Microservices, Azure Service Bus, C#, SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, ASP.NET Core, Bootstrap, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 
• Own the process – Take projects through the full software development lifecycle. 
• Level up the team – Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and peer reviews. 
• Transform & improve – Partner with our Tech Lead, Product Manager, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive our digital future. 
• Keep it sharp – Ensure scalability, security, and performance across our systems.

ABOUT YOU 

We're looking for someone with: 

• 15+ years’ software development experience. 
• Strong backend skills in C# and SQL Server. 
• Experience (or keen to dive into) modern front-end tech like MVC, Razor, Bootstrap, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 
• Cloud smarts (Azure a bonus). 
• Problem solver with the curiosity to ask the right questions. 
• Clear communicator who can work across business and technology

Package 

$180,000 package (made up of base plus + superannuation + expenses)
