The Team and Opportunity

We’re launching a brand-new MarTech function — and we're looking for a CRM Engineer to join us at the forefront of this exciting journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a MarTech Engineering team, working closely with our Marketing and Software Development teams, driving high-impact pieces of work that transform how we connect with our customers.

What you'll do in the role:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between CRM, marketing tools, and internal systems
• Develop and optimize email templates, customer journeys, and marketing automation workflows
• Partner with Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to deliver scalable MarTech solutions
• Integrate APIs and data sources to power personalized marketing experiences
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the MarTech stack
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all marketing technologies
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of MarTech products through a shared roster
• Document system architecture, processes, and best practices for continuous improvement

What we'd love to see from you:

• Demonstrated experience with a CRM platform (Braze preferred but we're open to others!)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & React.js
• Experience with API development and integration
• Experience with big data technologies such as BigQuery & data integration tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• If you have experience with Node.js, Next.js & headless CMS, we'd love that as well but it's not a must have
