  • Apply A/B testing and statistical methods to measure campaign performance and inform future strategy.

About You

  • You will be a data-driven problem solver who can translate complex findings into practical insights for marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insights Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally with exposure to CRM or marketing/sales analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms), including data structures, workflows, APIs, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Power BI or HubSpot reporting).
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics, customer segmentation, and B2B/B2C sales cycles.
  • Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and applied machine learning methods.
