Report to : Regional Risk Management Director and Country Managers ( Argentina & Ecuador)
Responsabilities:
- Oversee the overall information security strategy across the LatinAmerica organization. Develop / participate in the development of cyber security best practices for the Region. Lead regional initiatives for development of cybersecurity awareness training.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks by establishing effective controls to manage them.
- Maintain a fluid collaboration with other corporate insight functions (e.g Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Audit) to mutualize critical information on emerging risks, potential accumulations, interactions and implement consistent and effective approaches to risk governance and control based activities.
- Contribute to the definition, implementation and communication concerning disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with the Group Risk rules and Charter as well as with regulations laid down by Coface and external bodies - Internal Control.
EDUCATION:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – Advanced level required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Control.
- Proven ability to think strategically and align security practices with business goals.
