They are seeking an ERP Project / Project Manager to lead the centralization and coordination of projects, ensuring successful delivery, efficient resource management, and adherence to best practices. This leadership role will oversee a team of 5 project leaders, who in turn manage functional consultants and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and execution of ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Oversee and manage a team of 5 project leaders, providing mentorship and guidance while supporting their teams of consultants and PMs.
• Coordinate shared resources across different projects to ensure efficiency and alignment.
• Identify, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop project analysts to strengthen overall delivery capability.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring alignment with quality, timelines, and client expectations.
• Act as a point of escalation and resolution for project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Contribute to fostering a collaborative, quality-focused culture aligned with the company’s values.

Key Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written) – required.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects (NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or other world-class ERP systems).
• Strong leadership experience, managing teams of project leaders, PMs, or consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent within project teams.
• Experience coordinating multi-project environments and managing shared resources.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in an international, collaborative environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 USD/month
