YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

• Clearly articulate product vision, ensuring effective execution.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance criteria with the team.
• Write epics and detailed user stories for the software engineering team to fully understand the scope of functionality and business drivers, so they can estimate and deliver in a timely manner with high quality.
• Prioritize features and define requirements for successful delivery.
• Manage outsourced teams and their deliveries.
• Dig into details and figure things out from detailed business logic to a high-level technical perspective.
• Take part and be proactive on the Scrum team.
• Coordinating product overview through the team.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/ Project Manager in the digital/IT/e-commerce/fintech field is a must.
• Strong understanding of project management lifecycle, business processes, and technology components.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Ability to work autonomously with a balance of collaboration: You don’t need to wait for directions but know when buy-in is critical.
• Ability to be the bridge between the business side and the technical team.
• You love the agile process but know how to be pragmatic and adaptive.
• Creativity to find paths even if teams are focused on their own roadmaps.

Salary

3000-4000 €/mon. gross
