HR GENERALIST (m/f/d)

Vienna – full-time 38,5 hours/week - starting immediately

YOUR ROLE / RESPONSIBILITY

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist for our growing organization of approximately 50 employees. This role includes all day-to-day HR tasks across the entire employee life cycle, with a strong focus on employee experience.

• You will be the first point of contact for our employees and managers, ensuring great employee experience for our entire team
• You will master the administration of HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
• You will be responsible for the preparation of contracts, amendments, confirmations, and other HR related documents
• You will be updating and managing our internal HR tool Personio
• You will be preparing payroll relevant information and act as our interface to our external payroll provider
• You will support us in finding the best talent for our team including applicant management, posting job ads, candidate screening and scheduling/conducting interviews
• You will support all different kinds of HR projects

YOUR PROFILE

• You ideally have an education with a focus on human resources
• You already gained first professional experience in human resources
• You have some knowledge of Austrian labor law
• You excel at communication, show proactivity and a hands-on mentality
• You work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• You are a confident Microsoft Office user, experience with Personio and Workday is a plus
