Your territory

As part of our Data team, you will:

  • Transform big data - including GPS positions, activity metrics and user interactions - into clear, actionable insights
  • Gain hands-on experience with modern data analytics tools and methods
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to understand business needs for data-driven decision-making
  • Build automated reporting pipelines that save hours of manual work
  • Design intuitive dashboards in Tableau that empower business leaders to make faster, smarter decisions
  • Deliver clear findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, in a learning-focused, supportive environment where curiosity and initiative are encouraged

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Strong technical foundation gained during studies, with hands-on experience in multiple programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, and C#), along with proficiency in SQL
  • You’re enrolled at a university/FH in Austria (and have a valid work permit)
  • You enjoy solving problems and turning numbers into insights
  • You’ve tried out (or are excited to learn) tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase
  • You bring a basic understanding of statistical methods and know how to apply them to analyse and interpret data
  • You can express your ideas clearly (in English), even to people without a data background.
  • You pay attention to detail and like to get things done
