We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our client’s team in Brussels. You’ll be contributing to the Alliance Access product, a mission-critical application in the FinTech space used by top financial institutions around the world. 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test high-quality, secure software components
• Collaborate with a cross-functional Agile team to meet product requirements
• Analyze and understand complex systems and customer requirements
• Write and maintain technical documentation and program libraries
• Support daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of Java and C/C++
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, algorithms, and design patterns
• Good understanding of XML, XSD/XSLT, and security technologies
• Experience working in Windows and Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with JUnit, Selenium, or other testing frameworks
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, relational databases, and network protocols (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, HTTP(S))
• Familiarity with tools such as IntelliJ, CLion, CMake, Maven, GIT
