Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development

• ICO Marketing Leadership: Lead and execute marketing strategies specifically tailored for ICOs, driving awareness and engagement for token offerings.
• Brand Positioning & Messaging: Develop and implement the company’s brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital and offline channels.
• Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services, focusing on digital assets and blockchain solutions.

Campaign Management & Community Building & Engagement

• ICO Campaign Execution: Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote ICOs, from content creation to community management and investor outreach.
• Digital Marketing: Manage paid and organic digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, ensuring a data-driven approach to performance.
• Content Strategy: Develop high-quality content and thought leadership to promote the company’s offerings, especially in relation to ICOs and digital assets.
• Community Growth: Build and engage with a community of investors and enthusiasts through social media, forums, and events, focusing on ICO-related marketing.
• Influencer & Partnership Management: Collaborate with influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to amplify marketing efforts and build credibility in the crypto space.
• Events & Webinars: Organize and promote events, webinars, and other community-building initiatives to raise awareness of the company’s offerings.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Campaign Analytics: Use data and analytics to track the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior in the digital asset and ICO spaces.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on key marketing metrics and the success of ICO campaigns to the executive team.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• ICO & Crypto Expertise: Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns for ICOs, with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
• Digital Marketing Mastery: Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.
