LET'S GET DOWN THE BUSINESS.
We are looking for a Product Owner (only permanent contract) to join our team of consultants.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Own and prioritize the Product Backlog.
- Translate business requirements into user stories.
- Align continuously with stakeholders and the development team.
- Ensure the team works on the most valuable items.
- Decide on deliveries and accept completed work.
- Make sure that the solutions designed are fitting the needs of the internal (or external) clients
- Bringing your expertise to the market,
- Being up to date on the latest trends in the industry and within your domain
- Expand your network and promote Capco
- Write articles, etc.
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
Background
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Decisive, customer-focused, and analytical.
- Skilled at prioritization and stakeholder management.
