We are looking for a Product Owner (only permanent contract) to join our team of consultants.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Translate business requirements into user stories.
• Align continuously with stakeholders and the development team.
• Ensure the team works on the most valuable items.
• Decide on deliveries and accept completed work.
• Make sure that the solutions designed are fitting the needs of the internal (or external) clients
• Bringing your expertise to the market,
• Being up to date on the latest trends in the industry and within your domain
• Expand your network and promote Capco
• Write articles, etc.
  
  

Show Us What You’ve Got

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

Background

• Between 5 and 10 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  
  

Soft Skills & Knowledge

• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Decisive, customer-focused, and analytical.
• Skilled at prioritization and stakeholder management.
  
  

Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount that you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market.
