Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support an organizational-level profitability optimization program in the battery materials sector for the EV transition. This role focuses on aligning and structuring ongoing and future initiatives across multiple departments with the goal of improving return on capital employed (ROCE), managing inflationary pressures, and ensuring long-term competitiveness.

You will act as a central coordinator between departments, formalizing processes, organizing discussions, consolidating feedback, and driving the alignment of priorities at the organizational level (rather than in departmental silos).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of strategy and goals related to profitability, including inflation task realization and ROCE target achievement.
  • Conduct a SWOT analysis from a profitability perspective.
  • Summarize, organize, and prioritize ideas and initiatives related to the profitability program.
  • Establish a framework for regular review and generation of new improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain a timeline of existing projects and ensure follow-up.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration, including procurement, supply chain, production, and operational excellence.
  • Revalidate cost assumptions (e.g., headcount, volumes) and support baselining activities.
  • Support the definition of KPIs (e.g., OEE or others as applicable).
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops; take minutes, circulate notes, and consolidate input.
  • Develop a detailed action plan based on agreed milestones and ensure timely execution.
  • Track deadlines and ensure accountability across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Project Management or Finance Project Management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to consolidate and align cross-functional input.
  • Experience with strategic/financial project frameworks is an advantage.
  • English fluency required; Polish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2) is an asset, though not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, EU-based environment.

What We Offer

  • Duration until mid-February 2026.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations in a high-growth, future-oriented industry.
