Programme Manager – Brussels (Hybrid)

Your impact

As Programme Manager, you will:

  • Lead a group of interrelated projects that support strategic objectives, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Take ownership of selected initiatives, driving them from concept to execution.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks while supporting change management initiatives.
  • Ensure quality assurance, governance compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tailoring approaches to project needs.


About you

  • Proven track record in senior project or programme management roles within complex, technology-driven organisations.
  • Strong balance between big-picture programme oversight and hands-on project leadership.
  • Affinity with technology, able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and IT experts.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and governance skills.
  • Experienced with project management tools and frameworks (Agile & Waterfall).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant degree or certification in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
