THE PROJECT

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong UI expertise to join an ongoing transformation program with one of our key banking clients in Tallinn.

This is your chance to step into a high-impact consulting role where your design leadership will directly shape the native mobile experiences of a major enterprise. You’ll work side by side with experienced consultants, developers, and business leaders to make digital banking usable, engaging, and accessible for thousands of customers.

This is not just another design role—it’s about driving impact, building trust, and guiding stakeholders in one of the most innovative and fast-moving environments in the region.

DO YOU HAVE...

✅ 4–6 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong focus on native mobile applications

✅ Deep knowledge of Material Design libraries (for Android) and iOS Human Interface Guidelines

✅ Proven Figma expertise – building, scaling, and maintaining component libraries

✅ Hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with cross-functional teams

✅ Experience applying the Double Diamond model in real projects

✅ Background in UX research and usability testing – from planning to integration of user feedback

✅ A strong eye for detail – balancing usability with design elegance

BONUS SKILLS...

💎 Experience mentoring junior designers or facilitating design workshops

💎 Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

💎 Familiarity with design system governance in enterprise-scale environments
