In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement statistical models for credit risk assessment in accordance with IFRS 9 requirements;
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights related to credit risk;
- Present models and other relevant analysis/reports to business units, local risk units, management and to other interested stakeholders;
- Monitor regulatory compliance of implemented IFRS 9 system.
- Higher education degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, econometrics or credit risk modelling;
- Experience working with complex data systems and an ability to quickly learn corporate data architecture;
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS Modeler, SAS or R, experience with machine learning algorithms and Python is a strong advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively;
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strategic mindset paired with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
