As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, managing, and delivering software development projects of varying complexity. As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, managing, and delivering software development projects of varying complexity. This is an exciting opportunity to drive results, build strong teams, and create value for our customers while growing your own expertise in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage software development projects of varying complexity, ensuring efficient processes and team delivery.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of both fixed-price and time-and-materials projects.
- Monitor and control project finances, track detailed project progress, and steer projects using efficient methods.
- Lead project teams throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular meetings.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including technical project management and leading delivery teams
- Hands-on experience in IT delivery, with strong business acumen and a clear understanding of delivery processes
- Proven ability to build and lead effective teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English
- Hands-on mentality, high-quality awareness, and the ability to stay optimistic and solution-oriented even in critical phases
