Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex frontend and backend systems using modern full-stack technologies
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the full stack
- Develop reusable components and services to streamline development and maintain code quality
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems
- Apply security best practices in the implementation of both frontend and backend solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior full-stack engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a software engineer in a team environment
- Proficiency with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Proficiency with backend technologies including Node.js and AWS
- Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team
- Positive recommendations from previous managers and teammates
- Must be able to work in the EST timezone
