About Your New Job
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Work as part of an Agile scrum team alongside developers, QA engineers, systems analysts, and product owners.
- Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality features that enhance customer-facing digital experiences.
- Participate in architecture and application design sessions, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver products that meet business and customer needs.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in software design and development.
- Strong object-oriented programming experience, ideally with .NET/C#. (Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular/AngularJS are an advantage.)
- Experience with REST services, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of continuous integration, static code analysis, test automation, and TDD.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
- Passion for software craftsmanship, problem-solving, and learning new technologies.
