About Your New Job

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Work as part of an Agile scrum team alongside developers, QA engineers, systems analysts, and product owners.
• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality features that enhance customer-facing digital experiences.
• Participate in architecture and application design sessions, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver products that meet business and customer needs.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in software design and development.
• Strong object-oriented programming experience, ideally with .NET/C#. (Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular/AngularJS are an advantage.)
• Experience with REST services, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, static code analysis, test automation, and TDD.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Passion for software craftsmanship, problem-solving, and learning new technologies.
